DELIVERY:
At Evans Appliances, we deliver your items via a local pallet courier who work closely with a nationwide network hub called Palletline. Once our local courier has picked up your delivery, they would then send it to Palletline, who then sub the delivery out to your local courier company in your area, who then deliver to you via a kerbside delivery! This allows us to ship at a next day delivery rate for most of our items.
- STEP 1 - Once the item has been purchased you shall receive an email confirming the purchase and also a delivery date. (For deliveries the courier companies require a contact number. If you could forward your phone number via eBay Messenger or attach it as a note when purchasing a product that would be much appreciated).
- STEP 2 - Once the delivery date has been agreed the item will arrive packaged and strapped to a pallet. The delivery driver will then deliver the pallet to your nearest access point (KERBSIDE DELIVERY) (PLEASE NOTE - Certain delivery companies vary on whether they will dispose of the pallet for you so make sure you have means to dispose of the pallet if need be.)
- STEP 3 - Once you have installed the appliance and are happy with it, feel free to leave us some feedback!
COLLECTION:
At Evans Appliances, collection is more than acceptable.
•STEP 1: Once the item(s) has been purchased, you shall receive an email confirming the purchase and also regarding a collection date and address to pick the item(s) from, as our stock can sometimes either be in one of our warehouses or our store. We can move the appliance to whichever address to best suit your needs.
•STEP 2: Once the collection date has been confirmed come and collect your item(s)
•STEP 3: Once you have installed the appliance and are happy with it, feel free to leave us some feedback!

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
If the unit fail on installation please contact us immediately for a diagnostic phone call. In some cases we shall require a engineer to go out and diagnose the fault to be sure the machine is actually at fault and not a installation error. If this fails then a replacement will be arranged
The unit must not be used in anyway, due to it's nature the machine must be returned back in its original condition.
How a replacement / return works:
Step 1:
If the machine fails on installation, please get in contact with us for a diagnostic phone call with one of our engineers. If we are unable to resolve the issue with the phone call then a replacement machine will be issued.
Step 2:
Once we have agreed a replacement unit and a date for the pick up of your unit, you will need to get the faulty unit back on the pallet and safely attached to the pallet ready for it's collection.
Step 3:
Once we have received the unit and are happy, we shall then send out your replacement unit on a Next Day Delivery service free of charge.
Step 4:
Receive your replacement machine and install ready for use.
